All FIRST ROUND (7:00 - 10:00 a.m.) must be confirmed as a "firm Order” by 3:00 p.m. the day prior or they will be subject to removal from the schedule.
Calling and re-scheduling can reactivate the order, subject to equipment availability
Any orders not confirmed within 2 hours are subject to removal from the schedule.

No. Per our terms and conditions, the buyer is responsible for offloading, any pumping, storage and any concrete finishing work to be performed. Allow for up to 45 minutes for concrete unloading.
Orders changes or cancellations are accepted only by Phone. You must speak with a dispatcher at least 90 minutes prior to schedule delivery, otherwise no refunds will be given. To cancel or make changes to your order, call 614-937-1799.
Our trucks can carry up to 6 cubic yards of concrete. Concrete can be ordered in half-yard increments (1, 1.5, 2... Cubic Yard quantities). Multiple trucks can be summoned for orders above 6 Cubic Yards i.e. 7 or 12 cubic yard orders.
Yes, however, it's important that your installer or contractor understands our terms of service. As the buyer, you would be responsible for any overtime, additional material, washouts, etc. Of course, we'd communicate with the buyer, any additional charges or exceptions.
